I agree with this - these are the stakes. Because there’s a strong religious component, there’s an opportunity here. Opposing Christofacism means choosing a secular civilization. This isn’t anti-religious per se (although it could be), it means strongly asserting the separation of church and state.

Agree... maybe they aren't all this way, but the loudest voices are using religion as a prop ("support us because we are anti-abortion"). For everything "evangelicals" preach, there's a passage in the Bible that says otherwise, like the 3rd commandment ("...taking Lord's name in vain").
