Today's #nutrivorequickfact Raisins have about double the amount of potassium per serving as a potato! A serving of raisins, ½ cup, has 25% DV of potassium, whereas a 1-cup serving of a russet potato has only 13% DV. It’s pretty similar per calorie though. #nutrivore #nutrition #nutrientdensity

Thank you, Doc. I appreciate you sharing this tidbit. Would you say we get the same benefits from dried cranberries or is it just specifically, raisins? Love them both.
