True, but careful with statements like that. Crazy people on both sides. I remember politicians getting shot at a charity congressional baseball game not too long ago.

There are some "both sides are bad" issues, but this is not one of them. Ds consistently want to improve gun safety, and Rs consistently block anything that looks like that. NRA money has a stranglehold on the right.
