I’m looking forward to the gag order.

I’m doubtful on a preemptive gag order. He’s giving him a pass on the mug shot (I don’t think that’s a big deal - some seem to need it, but without one it’s one less chance to fund raise). No digital devices in court. We’ll get stills. None of this is unreasonable - all at the judge’s discretion.

..agreed. The less that is thrown out to the public..the less material there is to hype, and spin.

That’s the upside. The downside is (and this is never a straightforward call) the public right to know can be enhanced by having cameras in the courtroom and we won’t get that. I’m not sure there’s a good answer to this - the judge is making the best call he can.
