Can he legally do the logo switch on the site? Isn't that a form of misrepresentation? Seems like "false advertising" to me. Is it the first step of restructuring twitter into a "crypto facility"? The man is insane so it wouldn't surprise me if he is attempting to create a "single world currency".

Companies change logos and names all the time.

I don’t see false advertising because he isn’t advertising anything.

This is not to support Musk. I don’t. I’m a deceptive marketing expert and I don’t see a case here. What would the FTC be looking at?

"False advertising" is probably incorrect the incorrect term - and yes companies do change logos. According to the logo change, Twitter Social Media Platform (bird logo) is now a Dogue Crypto Platform (dog logo)? Change of nature of company, or false representation? I don't know.
