Can he legally do the logo switch on the site? Isn't that a form of misrepresentation? Seems like "false advertising" to me. Is it the first step of restructuring twitter into a "crypto facility"? The man is insane so it wouldn't surprise me if he is attempting to create a "single world currency".

Companies change logos and names all the time.

I don’t see false advertising because he isn’t advertising anything.

This is not to support Musk. I don’t. I’m a deceptive marketing expert and I don’t see a case here. What would the FTC be looking at?

"False advertising" is probably incorrect the incorrect term - and yes companies do change logos. According to the logo change, Twitter Social Media Platform (bird logo) is now a Dogue Crypto Platform (dog logo)? Change of nature of company, or false representation? I don't know.

@anonymous 2 things going on here: 1) the FTC has nothing to regulate because consumers haven't been misled, and 2) if the blue bird "product" changes, it will be the content on the platform, which he does not create and is protected by Section 230. Another reason Section 230 has to go.
