With this Clarence Thomas news trending, none of it being surprising, the question becomes what can be done about it?

1. You can't investigate & impeach bc the Dems don't have the House.

2. The 66-67 votes to remove him from office aren't there.

So now what? #Spoutible

Make it part of the Dem election platform and fundraising. Run on it. Everywhere.

Part of much bigger messaging around corporate and GOP greed, grift, and gorruption.

[sorry- just had to keep the alliteration going ;-)]

Making it part of the Dem platform is an idea......for the campaigns. Now you're talking about strategy
A 50 state one. However, how does that deal with Thomas.

Hopefully you are familiar with Southern Strategy? What 16 to 17 red states you think the Dems can flip to get Senators out of?

Ooo. That *is* a tough one. Love it.

Here’s my list for 2024: Sinema (AZ), Scott (FL)*, Hawley (MO), Blackburn (TN), Cruz (TX)*. * = long shot given state conditions.

And, of course, gotta keep Tester.

What do you think?
