SCOTUS' decline of legitimacy, impartiality began with the election of 2000 & continued until now as any semblance of impartiality has disappeared. After decades of behind the scenes work the Federalist Society achieved its goal of renaming the SCOTUS to Supreme Court of the Federalist Society.
