Totally following you because I went to #Gonzaga and dig #RuiHachimura ... and cuz I spent 3 years working at a Japanese restaurant in Chicago tracking down #shochu for some of our guests... good stuff!!

I moved 10 years ago... worked at Japonais (closed) and Mirai Sushi. I don't believe Bar Kumiko was on the scene then? Miss the food, live in gastro pub central now.
