For the #Coffee aficionados: now that cold coffee season has firmly landed, what kind of coffee do you like to use for cold brew? I like Ethiopian or Sumatra for my daily Aero Press, but I found last year that dark roasts were tasty in cold brews (and are much easier to find where I live now).

I do love the dark roasts, but this is the one I keep buying for at home. This sounds strange, but International Delight used to make an Oreo flavored coffee creamer that tasted amazing with iced coffee.

Thanks! It;s fadcinating how the method changes the nature of the coffee.

I'm not a fan of flavored coffees (and my favorite thing about cold brew over other cold coffee methods) is how smooth it is. I take milk and sugar in my hot coffee, but I take cold brew black.
