I need your help Spouties. My beautiful niece, a young mother, is going through chemo for breast cancer and then has to have a bilateral mastectomy at the end of May. What can I give her that will be mindful, helpful, thoughtful and needed? Anyone have experience with this? What are your thoughts?

Provide help that she doesn't have to coordinate.
A friend had a child going through a terrible medical calamity so we delivered meals to a cooler by her back door in rotation 4 or 5 nights/wk (with a pre-written thank you note for fun). She didn't have greet anyone or plan meals. It worked. xo

That is great and so helpful. Her girlfriends set up a meal network for her right off the bat. She has a nice band of women around her and I’m so thankful to them.
