There is no requirement that Dominion settles, no matter how much is offered.

But there is this quirky thing called “offer of judgment,” which is essentially admitting liability which obviates the need for trial.

Even if Fox loses, they now know how to walk right up to the line without quite crossing it. I'm afraid we're stuck with them. I really hope I'm wrong.

Not sure I agree.

When we talk about free speech, Fox has the legal upper hand.

When we talk about business profits…not so much. Dominion has already passed the hardest hurdles.

I think Fox is screwed. They won’t pay up any time soon, but the damage will be done.
