Lobster’s great and you’re saving the planet by eating this bottom feeder. I prefer crabs - especially mud crabs (or #muddies here) because they’re more flavoursome, but lobsters are fine.

Oh man, no offense to my sister province but potatoes from Nova Scotia are like trying to eat a burrito through drywall. The only potato worth eating north of Idaho is a PEI potato
