Lets do a mental exercise: imagine, for a moment, it was a liberal justice with a seemingly endless list of corrupt actions. The GQP would be in the streets of D.C., protesting for an ethical code of conduct for Supreme Court justices be instituted, retroactively to remove the Justice. Lets do that!

And the reason is because there is no accountability. These people know that. They just crime away with no consequences that "regular" folk would have. You can't have a functioning democracy like this. I would venture to say we have never had democracy for every American, and we still don't.
