They should also post next to it the First Amendment's Establishment clause which forbids establishment of an official religion.

From the Cornell Law School site - "It also prohibits the government from unduly preferring religion over non-religion, or non-religion over religion." Seems clear!

SCOTUS already ruled on this.

"In Stone v. Graham, 449 U.S. 39 (1980), the Supreme Court ruled that a Kentucky law that required the posting of the Ten Commandments on the wall of every public school classroom in the state violated the establishment clause of the First Amendment"
