Maybe they do but with Roberts statements and the rest of them with a nothing-to-see-here approach, this has a feel of business as usual for them.

If Roberts was worried about perception, he'd have an investigation, except he's done it too.

They care about public perception, ESPECIALLY Roberts. People get stirred up enough, those changes may well happen. It's just not going to be anytime soon.
