Very long workout tonight, for big dyke energy reasons. And morale.

Ran 2 miles. Bicep curl isolates 25lb x20, 30lb x12, x12. ab twist 25lb x20, 30lb x20 x20. Triceps lift (one 40lb weight, both hands) x20, 45lb x16 x12. Partial pullup x5 x5 x5. Forearm curls 45lb x20 x20 x20.

Gay rock climbing tomorrow x_x and I'm trying to diet for the first time in my life because life doesn't suck enough somehow.
