Can't answer honestly using those choices, so:
Probably not. I'd like to compare it to the current editions and see how much human beings have altered/embellished/perverted/bowdlerized our creation stories over the millennia.

It’s a very hypothetical question, but I am talking about the very first bound bunch of stories, because if they had never been published, nobody could have altered or embellished them.

Oh, I totally understand! I'm assuming that I'd be coming across the very first version knowing what I know now, so I'll stand by my answer and add that I was always pretty lousy at physics. 😁
