BREAKING: Trump to be INDICTED as early as TOMORROW on charges under Espionage Act plus obstruction of justice — for stealing, hiding, keeping, covering up, and lying about the classified and other government documents he took to Mar-a-Lago.

With Mark Meadows as star witness.

So does that mean January 6th activities are not on the table, or could that come later?

This is what I'm wondering. I don't believe there's any reason they have to file all charges at the same time, though.

It would be nuts not to charge Trump for Jan. 6th, especially as that is the case that would have a direct bearing on his legal eligibility to run for President.

Sadly I feel like that's why they might not, or might go for lesser charges. If they charge Trump with insurrection/seditious conspiracy, the conclusion that he's legally ineligible to run will be inescapable-but DoJ might fear that that would be seen as "political interference".
