Tuesday challenge:
Eat at least one fruit. Drink at least 2L of water

No junk food, alcohol, soda, or any surgery drinks. Only smoothies, plain yoghurt, etc. should be consumed in moderation
Don't eat later than 8pm. Walk at least 10,000 steps on Tuesday

My work schedule often has me eating at 8pm. There's nothing I can do about that. But I work around my schedule just as the majority do theirs. The most important thing is to do the work, however it works for you.

I totally agree…What works for me may not work for you. You have to find your balance, and you have to love yourself in order to consciously make the decision to do the things that help you. 👍🏽
