Tuesday challenge:
Eat at least one fruit. Drink at least 2L of water

No junk food, alcohol, soda, or any surgery drinks. Only smoothies, plain yoghurt, etc. should be consumed in moderation
Don't eat later than 8pm. Walk at least 10,000 steps on Tuesday

Kind of rainy here so I’m not sure if I’ll get in the 10K steps but I did early morning gardening (body movement) and if it keeps raining I’ll do an indoor strength training workout. I’ve got stairs in my building so I’ll try to accumulate 10 flights. So far I’m good with food goals!

My step counter says that I walk 20-30k steps a day. The last times I counted calories it was either 2500 with stuff like pasta or close to 4000 in veggies, I'm in my 50s and work for a living. Food gets expensive. Can I get a pass if I can run an 8 min mile in the Rockies w/o being winded?

My work schedule often has me eating at 8pm. There's nothing I can do about that. But I work around my schedule just as the majority do theirs. The most important thing is to do the work, however it works for you.

I totally agree…What works for me may not work for you. You have to find your balance, and you have to love yourself in order to consciously make the decision to do the things that help you. 👍🏽

I usually do 7,000 steps will that count in my favor? Of course, there're days that I clock 10,000 steps or even 11,000.
