My endocrinologist's nurse that handles prescriptions and insurance regarding prescriptions is GOING TO GET ME KILLED! She's incompetent, or doesn't bother to read all of ANYTHING sent to her or BOTH! (Ok, yes, 2 would contribute to 1.)

If only I could figure out how to go up the chain to complain!

I once left a good GP because his front office staff was so terrible. Constantly mis-coding insurance so the insurance would deny, messing up refill requests. You can complain to the dr maybe but it is frustrating

There should be a grievance process. Ask reception for the grievance form. Or contact your ombudsman.

If this corporate-consolidated practice has an ombudsman, I haven't managed to find it out, yet, but thanks. I'll definitely try for a complaint form!

Complaining to the doctor did no good, the office manager was a stone wall, and I am LOSING MY MIND, HERE!
