Unless they can figure out how to alcoholize water… I’ll stick with my “psssshhhhttt“ beer.

Oh, wait… that’s beer.

I always tell my patients who drink caffeinated beverages that the human body is so miraculous that every cell in your body contains it's own energy factory creating all the energy it needs to do all the cells work and it only needs a couple of ingredients. Caffeine isn't one, but water is.

Because that particular sparkling water is flavored and maybe slightly sweetened. Always read the content before you open.😃

Anything that goes in dark and comes out clear can't be good for you. We were never meant to drink anything but human milk,as infants, and water forever after.

That's the biggest change I've made since my diabetes diagnosis; I almost exclusively drink water and coffee (black, no sugar or sweeteners) now. I only rarely drink soda anymore (and no more than 8 oz. at a time), and I don't miss it nearly as much as I thought I would.

I quit Canada Dry years ago in favour of Perrier and LaCroix. Everything else now tastes like water infused with candy. ☹️
