💯! We have too many people who are hungry and we waste so much food. I just feel like everyone should have medical care, food, and a place to live. This would go a long way towards ensuring one of those needs are met.

Schools should also give leftover food to food banks but I have been told they are not allowed to, at least here in Texas.

This is a wonderful idea. We waste far too much food each year. I believe some supermarkets over here in the UK work with charities to distribute food items that are near experation, they also have food bins where you can buy and leave stuff for the community
