Besides the possibility of economic abuse, tax fraud etc. w tipping culture.. personally the tip portion of the meal is the most stressful- especially w a group. Too much math! 🤣

Totally agree as a customer. I seem to recall there were a few places in NYC that attempted to do that. Dirt Candy, the vegetarian place? I seem to recall that it ended up not working out for them bc the culture of tipping is deeply embedded in the industry.

I lived in the Denver suburbs as a kid and one of my happiest memories was going to Casa Bonita on a school trip. Glad to see not only have they kept this place alive but are going to treat the workers fairly.
