the mod looks intimidating, but really its a matter of memorizing a few new keyboard shortcuts and figuring out who or what you have highlighted where. Its very useful though - from moving posed sims to slightly changing the size of that living room rug.

Thank you. Its in Brindleton Bay! I found out I could use TOOL to pop my sims by that tiny waterfall in game - she's floating there, the screenshots needed specific framing, but that waterfall and those cattails made me happy!

Tumblr is pretty great for organizing. being able to search tags on a person's blog is brilliant. Lots of folks use their simblr for archival reasons and I'm here for that.

The algorithim on Tumblr is nothing like other social media sites. Many will tell you that there are not as many interactions there either. Me? I love all of the beautiful creations that are shared there and I tend to treat my own blog as a great place to share or vent.

I got sick of them being all over and respawning - because I compulsively collect all of the things. Only so many can spawn at once, so I put them all in the garden. Until I need more flowers for crafting, that is.

I really don't know any one guide to help with that. Some folks do well with legacy challenges that provide goals, others just have fun with a generation or two and move on to a new save. I'm guilty of building more than playing. The holiday thing just reminds me of the many features TS4 has.

The kid in the pic is actually Don Lothario's. Cherry is, uh, not a one romantic partner kind of sim. None of the three kids have the same father. None from Michael yet though!

Holidays! They are not all days off. And I have the mod to make it so missed holidays don't make sims intolerably sad. So I pick and choose which traditions to complete on which days. Followed this holiday schedule for 2 week seasons:

It was Gertrude 1. The save corrupted after the fair, I hadn't saved before the fair - so it was the original Gertrude. I've still lost her the second time though.

Aww, thats very true. Goodness knows I've bought DLC for sims and skins for other games for 10 or more dollars a go, this shader isn't the silliest digital thing I've purchased. I just need to remember to unsub from that Patreon before the end of the month >.>

According to the in game notice at the end of the fair, you are supposed to be able to click on an empty animal shed and have an option to place unhoused animals there. My empty shed has no such option. I had to replay the fair -- borked my own game, yeehaw!

I turned the camera around as they were hugging and found the suns rays right there - I had no choice but to screenshot! Unfortunately, the fair ate my cow. No idea where Gertrude 1 went - she's in no inventories. Had to buy Gertrude 2.

I can't take credit, I sailed some high seas under a black flag and found this whole set in the wilds. Honestly, the quality of the outfit is terrible, but the idea of it was so cute it was worth a little tricky screenshot and photo editing.

However, at the same time, I don't know how much that would improve my using this platform for sims stuff. I love the folks I've found here. I understand the platform itself is pretty strict about content of posts though. Not sure I'd want to post my Halloween sims -concerned they would get flagged.
