I'm just gonna say one thing. Noem is using the excuse of being a rancher for shooting her dog and goat. I grew up in TX and still live in farm/ranch country. We don't shoot our dogs or goats. If dogs are endangering livestock we find new homes for them. Male goats get neutered. I call BS.
