Narrative in ALT TEXT.03:35 PM - Feb 23, 2024![Okay, so I was driving east on Texas 66 (not to be confused with the cool 66) on my way to the ALDI that has a super duper liquor store next to it (because I ran out of the good cheap gin and was left only with that Monkey poo flinging 47 gin - that couldn't stand) and zipped past what I thought was a lone cowboy boot standing on a rare sidewalk. Well, that was odd! I decided when I returned west after grocery shopping and acquiring less offensive gin I'd make a point of making a U-turn and investigate. I did manage to find it again. The boot had fallen over since. I parked on a rural-like side street and strolled back to the rare sidewalk (this is Texas, sidewalks are rare) and gave a helping hand to this cowboy boot, which btw was in very good shape, and put it upright again. So yesterday the carafe had a leaky crack, and luckily I kept past Mr. Coffee carafes. So no biggie! This morning my brother the DA broke the replacement carafe! We had one carafe left. Now we have no reserve ones! We are living dangerously now!
