I survived sprint day…barely…
It’s been six months since I was sick with covid and I’m still running a full 2mph (3.21 km/h) slower than my pre-illness sprint speed.
That’s from having had covid only once.

Thinking a lot about aging intentionally over these last few years. My dad often advised me to never stop learning. I'm out here exploring. Trying new music. Trying new foods. Trying not to say NO to the unfamiliar. Permitting myself to say NO to overextending myself. Facing fears. Being honest.
