Same. I’ve been donating for years. In the past I usually donated a bit just after using BotSentinal to check for potential bots in my timeline. I’ve donated a couple of times to Spoutible too as a thank you for all the hard work that’s been done to create this lovely new space.

I understand Sex Workers feel marginalized now. I don’t care to see explicit images while scrolling. As long as the content is labeled or you have to agree to see it I’m totally fine with that.

Ugh. It’s disgusting that it took this long to begin an investigation. Now that people are no longer scared of the Murdaugh family they are willing to do what is right? That’s some real courage (sarcasm). The good ol’ boy mentality is sick.

Adorable pup. We call it the frog when one of ours lays like that (my husband is Mexican and that’s what they call it there). May I add a a couple?

I’ll take it over Kudzu any day. When I drive home to South Carolina I’m slightly alarmed by the northern creep of the Kudzu.

A southerner in nomad land Massachusetts. The Tractor Supply Company is a saved location in my GPS. Married to and gave birth to freakishly smart people. I spend my days talking to the furry beasts I’ve invited into my home. Once found these two books in my Amazon cart. Picture = a thousand words.

I stopped reading one of them a long time ago after they scared all their followers on Twitter that they were in danger and had everyone calling the police to try to find them. After reading that and other things it just didn’t sit right with me. The Scooby-gang all got blocked too.

I love her writing. Sing, Unburied, Sing was also really good. Her ability to create characters and environments that come to life is wonderful.

A creative writing professor I had gave the class an assignment to observe a fruit or vegetable over several days and write about the experience. I chose cherimoyas. I thought it was going to be the most boring assignment ever but wound up being pretty interesting.
