In 1973, in my 20s, I had horrible pain & passed what I thought was a clot. At the ER, they did a D&C to stop the hemorrhage. It was a 6-week fetus. I didn't know I was pregnant. Hospital records called it "spontaneous abortion" (miscarriage). I fear for #women in this decade. #Healthcare #
