Thank you for posting this. I didn't see it before I posted it as well. Chernov's comments brought tears to my eyes. I hope many people will take the time to watch the documentary.

Same. I volunteered for Liz in Virginia. But I now believe Joe Biden was the only Democrat that could beat the orange turd. And Biden has been incredibly awesome. He deserves a ton more credit, although the war in the middle east worries me. Netanyahu and his cronies need to go.

I was hoping Emmer was going to get a vote of the full house. I thought the Dems may try to get him over the top just to get a functioning govt again. Emmer is probably the best we can hope for. No election denier should ever become speaker.

I'm thinking it will be Guiliani flipping first. Isn't Meadows still trying to get the venue changed to a Federal court? By the time that is resolved, I think Rudy will have already flipped. Fani is doing an incredible job.

100% agree. Also pro sports teams should not shake down cities/states to build them a stadium in exchange for relocating a franchise!

This is troubling. First politicians are bribed to do the bidding of the privileged and then their and their family's well-being physically threatened if they don't comply. Citizens United severely upended our democracy and we are left with many weak-willed legislators too afraid to do what's right.

I agree. After the debacle in 2016 (I blame Comey) we had to win the House in 2018, we did. In 2020 we had to win with Joe, we did. In 2022 we managed to limit losses in the House and hold the Senate. 2024 is critical, we must win Prez, House & Sen just to have a chance at democracy. It's a marathon

Thank you for posting this article. The pain caused by red state governments into regulating women's health care is immense to both women and health care providers. I haven't thought near enough about the impact to the providers of medical care. Again, thank you.

Thank you for posting this. I got Covid last September and shortly after I noticed pain in my toe joints. I didn't think much of it, but I am going to the Doctor next week because the big toe area gets particularly painful and it seems ibuprofin is all that helps. Again, thanks.

I keep hoping for widespread protests in Russia. They have lost over 142K troops in less than a year. That would seem unsustainable. We lost slightly over 58K during the Vietnam war and I truly believe it was the widespread protests that ended our involvement.

I fully subscribe to exercise to help mitigate the effects of aging. But I must admit, I feel like rigor mortis sets in shortly after I complete a good hard power walk. It only subsides by a regimen of ibuprofin and napping.

You certainly have a great governor. I too was born and raised in Illinois. But my career led me out of state for most of my life. I still always enjoy returning to visit family and friends. When I grew up, Wisconsin was the beacon of progressivism. That mantel has shifted to Illinois.

From the article "They knew the Klan was pervasive and that many parts of the government charged with protecting them were actively involved in the white supremacist organization." Although today they would never self identify as Klan, I don't think much has changed.
