Yup. I thought it was allergies. 🤷‍♀️

Here's what should lead you to test/get tested.

Protect yourself from Long Covid by protecting yourself from COVID !
The virus is airborne so ventilating and filtering indoor air is important.
Unsure of the air quality indoors ?
Wear a well fitted respirator.
KN95, N95 or better.
Your future health is worth it.

You can’t always tell if someone has a Covid infection. People can be asymptomatic or pre symptomatic and still pass the virus on to others.
There is no guarantee of a cure for Long Covid in the near future.
Protect yourself with ventilation, HEPA filtration and respirators.

SARS2-Covid-19 is still dangerous.
The initial reaction to the infection may seem mild.
The true danger is in what the virus can and will do to your body and health in the long term.

I am so glad you posted this, I sometimes feel like I'm the only person still being COVID cautious and wary about new variants. I know we're all tired of it but ignoring it or pretending like we're "post-covid" (a term I hate because I'm we are not) isn't the answer
