...or with a criminal state that wants all Palestinians dead.
IDF have murdered ten times as many Palestinians as Hamas have murdered Jews.
Some people will never accept compromise, but Israel has never offered any.

That would be a precondition of any lasting peace.
As would the Israeli withdrawal from Palestinian territory and a return to the 1967 borders. The two state solution is not ideal, but it is the best compromise anyone is going to get.

Collective punishment is a specific crime under UN conventions and one which Israel has committed on numerous occasions.
It is one of a number of crimes Israel has committed and continues to commit.
You are clearly not interested in facts though.

Absolute disingenuous claptrap.
Israel has been systematically committing war crimes for decades.
This war didn't start on 7th Oct
Palestine is an occupied country. Collective punishment is a war crime.

Biden is aiding and abetting Israel. He is very much to blame for their crimes.
Even withdrawing his fulsome support would help. But he should have actively condemned them. He has not.

Yep. Completely correct. While not perfect, the two state solution is the best, perhaps the only possible compromise.
There can never be an acceptable solution which wipes out either side either militarily, socially, or politically.

This terrible situation is the sad and inevitable result of generations of terrorism by Israel.

With the wider perspective I get watching from across the pond, the Democrats handed the election to Chump by offering Hilary Clinton.
Biden is almost as bad, but at least he has a decent VP and a fair chance of handing over to her unexpectedly...

I realise. It's not as though I have had a phone like that in my house for well over a decade.
But I have no object permanence, so when you say "office" I visualise this, exactly this image because that's what they looked like when I worked in them.

I bet, all over America, small dairy farmers are making the most amazing cheeses and selling them locally to discerning customers.
And one day, America will be renowned as the home of more superior cheese varieties than any other country.

As awful as it is, and speaking as an atheist, I am not convinced that religion is the root cause.
More likely those with these predilections gravitate towards positions of trust and power and the church is one such place.
Doesn't excuse the lack of proper safeguards of course.
