I love Stacey Abrams so much. I hope she runs for (or is appointed to) national office some day soon.

Love this show. He is so good at keeping the viewer engaged. His enthusiasm for what he is doing seems so real, unlike so many of the other outdoors/nature shows.

I don’t understand why so many restaurants think that we want to shout at the other people at our table when trying to have conversations. It is so incredibly unpleasant. I’ve gotten to where I ask them to turn it down. When it works, people at other tables usually thank me for asking.

I was in the ER with the intake specialist. He was being shadowed by a new employee who happened to be dressed in a black polo and black pants. I complemented the shadow on how smart he was to dress for the part. It took a beat for him to get it, then chuckles all around

At age 63 I finally got back to hand building with clay. Focusing on my creative side brings me new energy & peace. I sincerely wish I hadn’t stopped being creative during the intense years at work. I think I would have retired with less damage to my soul had I not neglected this side of who I am.

Show me the data you are referring to. If it exists, I think you are grossly misinterpreting what it is telling us.

As much as I despise Abbott, I wouldn’t spread this kind of misinformation about him and what he is doing in this picture. Using their vile playbook doesn’t help the democratic cause.

I understand your concern. However, our politicians (and the country as a whole) need to understand the actual population of the US and who they represent. By reporting, it will be less possible for politicians and others to insist that only “normal heterosexuals” & a few dangerous others exist.

This will seem like a silly comment but it’s important: Because cursive is rarely taught any more, make sure they develop and use a consistent signature since the one they register with will be used by voting systems from that point on (unless they move to another state).

We need to teach consumer statistics so that writers and their readers will understand what they are reporting. The average person has no training in statistics at all.
I’ll never forget a local newscast where they repeatedly stated that 1 in 3 women die of heart disease each year. 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️
