This baked radicchio is so delicious…. The bitter (radicchio and red wine vinegar) balanced with the sweet (slightly carmelized onions, butted) topped with a combination of Romano and Parmesan is just perfect… a meal in itself.

I searched for BPD posts, and found one person talking about it. I have BPD and talk about it openly, because it affects every aspect of my life. I also deal with fibromyalgia, which I believe is just the overflow trauma, that my brain just cannot hold. Mental illness anyone? 🙋🏻♀️
