Argh. I go 2 ways on this. I have met and am friends with folks who legit can't care for themselves and are harmed outside a highly structured environment and I have met folks that absolutely can. Problem is the 1st group thinks they are the 2nd often

It’s a given that you do not put your hands on a child that isn’t yours, unless specifically told to by the parent or guardian. Is this a case where it’s the adult’s word against a child? I can promise that this is probably not the first offense for the speech therapist.
