I want to return to where I clicked when I use the back button. It's frustrating that I lose my place and have to see everything I already scrolled by or interacted with to get to something new again. Then I lose patience & go to threads or blue sky.

It is not almost the same. Prejudice affects feelings, and that's about it. Racism affects lives. Lots & lots of lives. Your life isn't going to change one teeny bit if someone doesn't like you. Many lives are changed when people are preventing from, say, voting. Or running, or getting coffee. Etc.

You are describing prejudice, not racism, and you don't get a pass from that. If you paid for school, you should see about a refund.

I'd say get a dictionary, but a social media user that was around in the last 5 years knows that minorities in the USA cannot racist. That would require minorities to be in power, and for you to be oppressed. You are not oppressed. You're just gross, and a white supremacist, to boot. Go away.

There are reasons, and I miss what it used to be, a lot. However, every time I see a new Elmo headline, I feel like a freaking genius for deleting my account & moving on months ago. It sucks so many journalists post there, but that may stop now with this "no links" thing going on now.

Same here. But I'm ok with the new stuff, I like the idea of "a different turning of the wheel". There was plenty about the books that wasn't optimal. Perrin has an actual reason to be tortured, in the show. Not just misplaced guilt over what *almost* happened with Egwene.

Sometimes this happens, & it sucks. Try not to be discouraged, & try not to take it personally. This is a bump in your road, but you're obviously a go-getter with 3 interviews lined up! You're gonna be great. Good luck on your interviews!

You're golden. "It wasn't a good fit". I don't like to say negative things about my previous employer, so don't give any details about anything. Say something positive, & move on.

On termination pwrk that you had to sign it should have some indication on whether you're eligible for re-hire. If it was me, & I was eligible, I'd just say It wasn't a good fit. If they call them for a reference, they can only verify that you worked there & if you're eligible for re-hire.

Personal attacks are pretty Jr High, and a big reason why political discourse is as miserable as it is. These kinds of statements are not going to convince one R leaning voter to even consider another candidate. Just like when the Rs call progressives 'demonrats' & such.

My MAGA state representative has sponsored it to be shown where I live. I will never go see anything she suggests or is involved in, though (she appointd an actual Nazi to our state judicial committee, because she "values his opinion"), so can't speak to content.
