Now consider the reality that if Trump hadn't become president, probably none of these court cases would have happened. Then consider all the other sleazy business owners who are getting away with this sort of things every day.

Consider how much ink and airtime media spend on the lives of sports figures and on sports events. If they spent 1/3 as much on the lives of candidates and politicians,, people like Noem and Santos would never get elected.

Senator Joseph McCarthy hounded former Communists and homosexuals in the government and blacklisted others because they ’could’ become spies. Ruined many lives. I hope the appropriate agencies are collecting evidence and preparing cases on these members of Congress.

No cell phones back then. I'm sure the scramble for pay phones and the right change was awful.. I was in Thailand then, not far from the Cambodia border, training new Peace Corps volunteers. Some wanted to return, but we convinced them they were much closer to the action in Thailand.

This is the winning strategy. It's not that they are stupid. Just like I don't want to play with the engine in my car, others don't have an aptitude/interest in politics. But they can't pay a mechanic to vote for them. It's up to us to help them learn how easy and important voting is.

The real cancer is the group who have plotted for 40 years to take over the Supreme Court, and a system that allows the corrupt on the court to still make decisions unscathed. When TFG's in jail, the rich will still be manipulating the elections and the court.

I'm waiting for the Netflix doc series that shows how the House crazy GOP plot their moves - what to do, who will do it - and who is funding and giving instructions. I can't believe it's just their individual random outbursts.

I guess this logic applied to businesses and corporations would open them up to a lot more lawsuits. Say, if anyone kills someone with a gun or car, the manufacturer would also be liable.

There’s a reason WORDLE shares people’s results only with the colors, without the actual letters shown: other people have not done their own WORDLE for the day. They don’t want people sending them the answer before they work on it themselves.
