And if its the main poll going around it only included 500 people. Honestly polls shouldn't be published unless it has 1k or more people included. The more people included in the poll then better Biden does.

It's mostly related to outdated hardware that won't run newer OSes and the technical agility for users to put different OSes on their phones.

Old phones can generally be recycled or donated. Climate impact would be better tackled with the tons of throwaway products that end up in landfills.

Old phones OSes are not secure. As much as people don't want to be left behind or can't afford new phones every 2 years, they need to upgrade. Most services and apps will drop support of the old OSes. This benefits all users as it can be a pivot point to the service or app itself. Upgrade please.

Old phones are security risks. People should try to upgrade every 2 to 3 years which is when most phones stop getting updates. Our org constantly warns users to upgrade as we block older phones meaning they lose access to MFA to access our systems.

I stopped using Eero not long after Amazon bought them. Lots of crazy things started happened. It was a great easy system but it just went downhill and the simplified, limited control of the device ended up being a negative.

Worth pointing out how bots thrived on Twitter as well. So a lot of that growth wasn't necessarily organic.

Honestly that is always the problem. That is when developers are equated to a barista like applications were as easy to build as pouring a cup of coffee.

Generally I hold those people out to dry. Usually when projects keep failing they get the picture. Or you get to move on somewhere else.

No offense taken but that is back to unrealistic people. You can't fix those. I have worked in tech 30 years including fortune 250 companies. All those other problems are attainable if everyone cares about success of the project. Otherwise it comes down to a management problem not any of the others.

I mean sure. All can have obstacles. I am just saying all the others have easy and obvious solutions. Unrealistic things come from unrealistic people which is much harder to change or fix. And the problems you might have with the other options are also related to unrealistic expectations or people.

My take is Poor reqs can be overcome by more involvement from stakeholders and agile dev, Limited budget can be overcome by reducing scope, Knowledge gaps overcome by training. However Unrealistic deadlines is a recipe for failure and rarely does this delusional a leadership come to it senses.

Sounds like limited immunity so he was compelled which isn't flipping. But he might have leaked these stories hoping to get a cooperation agreement in Georgia.

This attack shows how bad misinformation is spreading on Twitter. Literally most news stories there are effectively just an ad for a video game called Arma. Screenshots of this game are often used as fakes for war atrocities but the last few days have been unreal.

He has already been doing it. Leftist accounts often get force unfollowed and most say their reach (even when paying) keeps going down. I kind of expect it to go paid only or require driver licenses before the election.

I am not. To move to fed court he has to prove why trying to circumvent the results of an election was part of his official duties. And all that could be used against him later.

Not sure why there are not tons of class actions against Twitter on this. Payment for this content means they are supporting and encouraging the content. Safe Harbor should not apply in this case since the content is sponsored and supported by Twitter.

Will this improve the auto embeds when links are posted to other platforms like Discord? The current format and layout is not great.

Unless the platform is locked down to registered users this is impossible. Twitters value and importance came from being able to share content to non-users and thus is needed for Spoutible to take that crown. Going fully private killed many a young social network. So it's kind of a necessary evil.

That assumes he has a choice. Seems to be an excuse to cover a software big (when they locked public viewing of posts) or throttling due to non payment. Whatever the reason Twitter is literally useless.
