The US Supreme Court today accepted a case it could easily dodge. In doing so it is showing that the USSC is either politically compromised or just divorced from the body of rulings that previous courts accepted. Because the Burger court did rule on the issue and even had one Justice recuse himself

Technically speaking, Spoutible is the better platform, formidable even. Just need to tell those who went to other platforms this. Especially Blue Sky. Unfortunately the user base there is full of twitter emigre that I used to follow

@spoutible just came across a problem with auto threading. It breaks URL into the next spout rather the old method of allowing to remove it after it loads so you can send a legal post.
