I have never been one to travel by myself but I did go to Thailand (and then Cambodia not knowing I needed a visa!) on my own. It was such a transformative trip for me and I’m so grateful to have been able to go.

You know the phrase, stop and smell the #roses ? I am incredibly lucky that my friend actually let me do that on our walk this morning. Some roses were more fragrant than others and one actually had a hint of lemon smell! It was a wonderful way to start the day 🌹
