I got to spend my Saturday afternoon with a gathering of phenomenal women at the Vice President’s luncheon for Women’s History Month, hosted in partnership with Glamour. This crowd of women looked like America. I left feeling motivated to do the hard work that’s necessary for our collective future.

Due to under-enrollment, this class was offered as a "tutorial," meaning I'd make just over a quarter of what my wage should be. Turned it down. Kind of mad at myself for considering it as long as I did.

E.g., the select board in my town & 1 in a nearby town both recently revealed themselves to be bigots, 1 wishing away a drag story hour & 1 wanting to ban LGBTQ+ art (& all art in case it's LGBTQ+ themed). But no one should've been surprised – it's the norm, especially cuz they're all Republicans.
