The last 7 years have been amazingly stressful. A few tips:
- No TV news. None. Nada. Zero. You can get better informed with 1/20th of the stress from print sources.
- Drink more water. (Thanks, Ola!)
- If you're feeling whack, take 3 minutes to center your breath. On the exhale, wave bye to pain.
