That's only if people vote. Root causes for why 18 year olds don't vote? I was intimidated by the actual voting machines. What if I didn't know how to use them when everyone else did? Hard to admit but I doubt I was the only one. Make how-to videos for 1st timers to be lifelong voters. #VoteAt18
