Got a last minute appointment with random doc on telehealth, I am nausous likely caused by my diabetic medications combined with some food poisoning. I told her I just needed some temp relief and asked for Zophran, she said no and told me to go get bloodwork..at crowded ER..on holiday weekend ffs.

Trying to use my phone to track/adjust sleep by 1-2 hours every day until I get back to normal again (currently in some nocturnal hell)
