More advice for writers: don't be a pain in the ass for a publisher to work with.
We get a LOT of submissions & there are plenty of aspiring authors who ARE willing to take feedback, follow advice & work hard.

It's incredible the lengths writers will go to in order to sabotage their own success. Primary among these is worrying about the tiniest minutiae & getting so paralyzed they never submit. As an editor, I see this ALL the time. Life's too short. Feel the fear & do it anyway. Dive in!
