Tucker Carlson is a longtime friend of Roger Stone who collaborated w/ Michael Flynn & thus at least indirectly w/ Sidney Powell (Flynn’s one-time lawyer & business associate) on Stop the Steal. These quotes make Stone/Flynn/Powell look like fraudsters.

Legal scholars explained that the Insurrection Act applies only to riots (not election disputes), so Roger Stone & other TFG henchmen hoped for a riot and/or to create enuf smoke to instead invoke a 2018 executive order Re: FOREIGN election interference. They had no facts, so they made them up.
