I don't know. He SHOULD be, but his words and actions, and those of his supporters, only need to successfully intimidate one juror (assuming none were sympathetic or cowed to begin with) to get a mistrial.
I hope an outright acquittal on all charges is unlikely, but a mistrial seems very plausible.
