To sauce your Ribs or not to sauce them. That is the question. I don't sauce myself because I feel when you get a bone later in sauce to me that means you are covering up the flavor and or mistakes

Same! I side eye when restaurants have their bbq already dripping in sauce. When I smoke meat, I'll brine first (wet or dry depending on the meat), then dry rub and throw in the smoker. There are bottles of sauce on the dinner table if you need them... but you won't. 😉
